The Microsoft Copilor & Power Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, integrate data across systems, and enhance operational efficiency within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing

\n
- Design, build, and deploy Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.
\n
- Develop and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps that integrate with Copilot agents and enterprise systems.
\n
- Implement and enforce Power Platform governance frameworks, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connector controls, and app lifecycle management.
\n
- Partner with security, compliance, and tenant administration teams to align Copilot and Power Apps usage with enterprise standards.
\n
- Define best practices for agent design, prompt engineering, and orchestration across Power Apps, Power Automate, and data sources.
\n
- Enable scalable adoption through templates, reusable components, and documentation.
\n
- Support production readiness activities including monitoring, audits, access management, and risk mitigation.
\n
- Advise stakeholders on Copilot agent feasibility, architecture, and guardrails for responsible AI usage.

\nWhat You'll Bring Along\n
\n
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience
\n
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
\n
- Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI experience.
\n
- Microsoft Purview / compliance exposure.
\n
- Power BI or Fabric dataset familiarity (nice to have).
\n
- Experience working with interfaces and effectively communicating with colleagues from other projects, depending on the audience (technical and non-technical).
\n
- Experience with architectural setups and a good understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches.
\n
- Experience in projects with end-customer focus (user focus).
\n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
