Ph3The Role /h3 pThe bIT Business Analyst /b is part of the Group IT function and reports hierarchically to the bGroup IT Manager – Applications /b. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, aiming to enhance the group’s digitalization level and improve integration across various locations. /p pThis position offers the opportunity, over time, to take on an increasingly central role in coordinating activities and leading projects, while progressively expanding decision-making scope and strategic contribution. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholders /li liTranslate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications for IT teams and external partners /li liPropose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes /li liManage new implementation projects with the support of external consultants: from the definition of the scope to the execution of all the project phases, including tests, to ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, timing, and costs /li liCreate and manage project documentation, including company documentation, scope descriptions, functional requirements, and process flows /li liPerform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes /li liProvide first-level support on relevant platforms, involving external suppliers as needed /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
