Platform Lead Engineer at AGCO's Breganze site will own and drive global platform development for combines, leading cross-functional and matrix teams to deliver NPI and ongoing product maintenance. You will shape the strategic engineering roadmap, partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality, and address complex problems with innovative solutions. This role offers an impact-driven opportunity to advance sustainable farming technology and work across AGCO sites worldwide. You will influence cost, performance, and durability while guiding AMPIP-driven planning.

* Deliver NPI projects to defined Quality targets and manage product maintenance

* Engage in strategic roadmap discussions and ensure alignment with engineering goals

Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
* +5 years of professional experience
* Excellent English language and writing ability; strong people and leadership skills
* Proficiency in Creo, MS Package; ERP experience (SAP, BAAN, JDE)
* Willingness to travel up to 25%
* Strong project management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-site environment
