Construction Manager (Simil-Pharma / Animal Health)
We are supporting an important industrial investment in the Reggio Emilia area, within an environment operating with standards comparable to the pharmaceutical industry.
For this project, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager who can ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of all site construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day construction activities across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes.
* Coordinate local contractors and supervise work progress to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines and safety requirements.
* Oversee cost control, change management and progress reporting.
* Ensure alignment with quality, HSE and GMP-like standards typical of regulated manufacturing environments.
* Interface with design teams, suppliers and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project continuity.
* Guarantee a strong site presence throughout the entire duration of the project.
Requirements
* Solid background in construction management for pharmaceutical or similar highly regulated industrial environments.
* Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and contractors on medium-scale industrial projects.
* Strong understanding of construction safety, quality and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with local suppliers and authorities.
* Full availability to work onsite in Reggio Emilia for the entire project duration.
* Professional command of English is welcome; fluency in Italian and familiarity with the Italian industrial environment are essential.
* Industrial manufacturing context with GMP-like expectations.
* Timeline: 15-month on-site assignment (Jan 2026 – Mar 2027).
