Our Client, one of the most important oncological R&D companies in Italy, is looking for the
* BUSINESS ANALYST / CONTROLLER

The Business Analyst will be a liaison between the Company and key external Stakeholders, supporting the CFO / CPO in the strategic design, projects and providing him with smart economic and financial analysis and reports.
The Business Analyst will evaluate potential contracts of licensing, M&A, review current business arrangements and the financial impact on the organization.
Duties / Responsibilities
* Evaluate contracts to understand the financial and impact of contract terms and conditions;
* Participate in meetings with external Stakeholders to provide data analytics and support future analyses that may be required;
* Conduct cost / benefit analyses for potential business ventures;
* Preparation of the Business Plan, Yearly Budget and infra-annual Forecasts for the Company;
* Collaboration with Group CFO to ensure company’s adherence to all the applicable corporate financial policies and procedures;
* Analyze and synthesize complex information, preparing insightful briefs for the CEO to facilitate strategic decision-making;
* Cultivate relationships with Stakeholders;
* Assist in the coordination of strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives;
* Craft and disseminate strategic communications on behalf of the CFO.
Qualifications
1. Master Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field;
2. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within Investment
