Work as a Human Resources Administrator
Antal International is looking for a professional to manage and coordinate all HR activities within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll.
Job Description
The selected person will be responsible for managing the complete cycle of personnel administration, including recruitment, termination, transformation, and contract changes. They will also handle payroll (pre-payments and post-payments), monitor attendance and anomalies using Zucchetti, perform administrative tasks related to INPS, INAIL, CU, Uniemens, and 770, UNILAV, as well as provide daily support to employees and coordinate with RSPP and medical staff for visits and mandatory training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll
* Autonomy in managing pre- and post-payment activities
* Precision, practical sense, and ability to interact with various company functions
* Positive attitude, patience, and interpersonal skills for daily interactions with colleagues
* Knowledge of the Zucchetti management system is a plus
