ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Business Controller Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This role partners with business leaders and all the departments to provide financial insights, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making to drive business performance and profitability.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the main driver of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
Support the month-end closings
Analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
Provide business partnering support to department heads and senior management
Monitor KPIs and support performance tracking
Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis
Improve reporting processes and enhance financial tools and dashboards
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
Assist in preparing presentations for leadership meetings
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, (Economics, or related field)
5-7 years of experience in Controlling, or Corporate Finance
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools;
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong team player with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of commercial and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
