As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving business growth across multiple sectors by maintaining up-to-date sales engagement programs and developing new business opportunities with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stay current with product launches and transitions to ensure seamless sales engagement.
* Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
* Establish strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
* Provide customer information through presentations and technical training sessions.
* Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization.
* SUPPORT marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing OR R&D dept.
* Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
* Knowledge and understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills (English and one of the European languages).
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Prior work experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial.
