Position and Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright, and organized professional with proven experience in luxury hospitality and event planning, capable of:
Event & Wedding Planning (Full-Service)
* Managing weddings and events "from A to Z": from initial meetings to supplier management, timeline, budget, logistics, design, and staff coordination.
* Handling contracts, negotiating terms, and monitoring payment deadlines.
* Collaborating with the graphic/design team (moodboards, mise en place) and bridging aesthetics with logistics.
* Providing flexible budget management, preventing issues, and offering alternative solutions.
* Coordinating on-site, handling unexpected situations, and ensuring quality under pressure.
Luxury Hospitality Management
* Coordinating personalized guest welcome, check-in/out, and upselling of extra services.
* Ensuring a high-class guest experience, responding to requests and complaints professionally.
* Organizing and supervising rooms, breakfasts, and common areas, in synergy with housekeeping and kitchen.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or boutique properties (hotel, relais, exclusive venue).
* Proven experience in full wedding or large event management.
* Budgeting, negotiation, and supplier selection skills.
* Excellent English (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
* Positive attitude, problem-solving under stress, empathetic leadership.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to aesthetic details, refined taste.
* Flexibility (weekends, evenings, high season).
* Preferably local resident or willing to relocate.
Extra Plus
* Industry certifications.
* Knowledge of PMS/CRM systems.
* Skills in graphic tools (Canva, Adobe, moodboards).
* Experience in destination weddings or international events.
