* Support our Market Analytics team in the handling of data collection campaigns on the current competitive situation in the market (planning, preparation, job distribution, monitoring of the execution, post-processing, evaluation and reporting)
* First-level support for our service providers
* Supporting the improvement of existing processes and reports as well as their digitalization and automation
* Collaboration in the definition and realisation of new Market Analytics services for the internal departments

What you bring along
* High School Degree in economics, commerce, information technology or comparable training/professional experience
* Advanced Knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
* Motivation for professional development and growth in a technical direction, primarily in Dashboarding/Reporting (Power BI), SQL, and Python.
* Readiness to travel for occasional on-site meetings with service providers.
* Analytical thinking skills
* Independent, precise and structured way of working
* High willingness to learn, also autodidactically
* Proficient German, English and Italian language skills are a plus
