As a Regulatory Specialist, your mission will be to ensure that Carboline's products in Europe meet the highest regulatory and safety standards, supporting the development and commercialization of compliant, high-quality solutions.
You will play a key role in the implementation of European regulations (REACH, CLP) and help ensure that our products can be safely used across multiple industries and markets.
This position reports to the EU Regulatory & Quality Manager, based in Cinisello Balsamo (Italy).
Evaluating supplier Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure compliance with REACH and CLP regulationsMaintaining and updating regulatory data in Product Vision (PV) to ensure accuracy and consistencyDeveloping and managing Safety Data Sheets for finished products, in line with GHSSubmitting Poison Control Center (PCN) notifications in EuropeSupporting the maintenance and compliance of SDS generation systems and toolsPreparing customer regulatory declarationsEnsuring label compliance across products within your scopeMonitoring and implementing regulatory updates and changes
What will help you succeed in this role :~3-5 years experiences in Regulatory and Safety Data Sheet in chemical companies .~ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Science or Prevention Techniques in the environment.~ Advanced level of English.~ Experience using SDS authoring software.~ Good computer skills and in particular of Office package.~ Knowledge of ADR legislation (plus).
