We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Finance Consultant to join an exciting global implementation project with a prestigious international client. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale digital transformation program, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the implementation of D365 Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and related financial processes.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configurations within D365 F&O.
* Work closely with finance stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide expert guidance.
* Configure D365 Finance modules and support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and end-user training.
* Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations, data migration, and custom developments.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across multiple countries.
* Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Finance modules).
* Solid understanding of financial business processes (AR, AP, GL, budgeting, etc.).
* Strong background in accounting or finance (degree or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience working on at least one full-cycle global or multi-entity D365 F&O implementation.
* Must be currently based in Italy
