The Senior Operations Manager – ERP & Special Projects and Initiativeswill lead and be strategically focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes through ERP systems and digital transformation. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless integration of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and aligning global supply chain processes with organizational goals. The position combines leadership in ERP governance, process standardization, and advanced technology adoption to enable a resilient, data-driven supply chain.
As our Senior Operations Manager you will also be responsible for:
1. Leading and managing complex operations projects and initiatives from concept through to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
2. Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact process improvements and technology upgrades.
3. Defining and executing ERP roadmap for Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.
4. Driving ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and de-customization strategies to reduce complexity and improve scalability, including cloud migration projects and integration of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT) into ERP-driven supply chain operations.
5. Facilitating effective communication and alignment across functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial to deliver holistic solutions.
6. Championing a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative problem-solving techniques.
7. Driving user adoption through training, communication, and continuous improvement programs.
8. Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams for ERP-related projects and issue resolution.
9. Monitoring project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensuring all initiatives adhere to compliance and safety standards.

To be successful in this role you will have:
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Businessor related field.
11. Extensive experience managing manufacturing projects and initiatives
12. ERP Expertise: deep understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and their supply chain modules.
13. Successful track record supporting and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
14. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) highly desirable.
15. Exposure to new industry tools, for automation and AI for complex process management highly desirable.
16. Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and complex organizational global settings.
