The resource, with at least 2 years of experience as a DBA, will handle incident management, service requests, and configuration changes across different types of databases. Responsibilities include: Monitoring; Performance troubleshooting; Incident / Problem management; Backup / Restore; Patching and updates; Configuration changes; REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience with PostgreSQL is highly appreciated; Good competence with Microsoft SQL; Knowledge of MongoDB is welcome; Mandatory expertise in Oracle; Additional role requirements: Technical skills in Windows Server or Unix and related tools supporting DBA activities; Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; Diligence and attitude in handling requests.
