Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve IT support tickets at first and second levels Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues related to installed devices and systems Perform technical interventions at client sites to resolve specific issues Monitor and follow up on support tickets until closure Requirements: Diploma in Computer Science or related fields Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Basic knowledge of major operating systems, networks, and IT tools Excellent problem-solving skills and customer orientation Flexibility for short-term travel for on-site technical interventions Additional Information: Employment type: Permanent contract directly with the company.
