We’re looking for a Senior Account in our Events Division, a strategic and dynamic professional to play a key role in our continued expansion and in delivering impactful work across global brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, both national and international, serving as the main point of contact;
* Identify new business opportunities and potential clients;
* Coordinate and manage a team of internal resources and, on occasion, freelancers;
* Oversee and coordinate the planning and execution process of events, working closely with the creative and operational teams;
* Ensure that events are successfully executed, adhering to established budgets and timelines;
* Constantly monitor and evaluate project performance;
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the services offered are cutting-edge.
Requisiti
Requirements
* Professional background from the events and live communication agency industry;
* Proven experience in managing clients in the events and experiential activities sector;
* Ability to identify new business and sales opportunities;
* Excellent organizational, planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
* In-depth knowledge of the events industry and marketing trends;
* Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines;
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities;
* Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking;
* Excellent proficiency in the English language.
