We are hiring a
school receptionist
(Internship - Categoria Protetta legge *****).
Main responsibilities:
Welcome guests
Support teaching staff with organization and relocation
Assist students
Translate between English and Italian
Organize school trips
Customer care
Update events agenda
Liaise with nurses
Use platforms (e.g., buses, registrations)
Qualifications and requirements:
At least C1 level of English
Experience abroad or in multinational companies is a plus
Excellent IT skills (MacOS, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack)
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Excellent communication skills with a sense of humor
Professional and courteous service
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills akin to Lara Croft or Indiana Jones
Clean criminal record
