Job Description: Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion, is seeking a talented and experienced Global Education Manager for its new in-house Beauty Division. Key Challenges in This Role: Cultural Adaptation: Navigating different cultural preferences and retail practices to deliver tailored training and educational programs. Sales Performance: Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies to boost sellout. Brand Consistency: Ensuring consistent brand experience and messaging across all locations, especially in airport environments. Training Development: Designing engaging training modules to empower Beauty Advisors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement global training programs for Beauty Advisors in travel retail locations. Collaborate with regional teams to maximize sellout and brand visibility in airport retail spaces. Analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional education managers and retail partners. Ensure delivery of consistent brand messaging and customer experiences across all counters. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in the beauty travel retail sector, preferably with a luxury brand. Proven track record of increasing sales and brand presence globally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to travel internationally and adapt to various cultural contexts. Strategic mindset with a passion for education and training.
