We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Purpose of the Job: To plan and manage logistics activities, in the own job scope, in accordance with operations requirements.
Accountabilities:
1. Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation for Stock Entry
2. Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplier
3. Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity, scrap in external different suppliers
4. Manage relationships with Suppliers and with the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stock
5. Manage materials from incoming to delivery in Informatic Systems SAP - GSI
6. Manage documentation related to materials IN and OUT
7. Optimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehouses
8. Contact the couriers or clients for logistic issues
9. Manage the costs and invoices for logistic /transport suppliers
Job requirements:
10. Degree in Management Engineening or equivalent
11. Good interpersonal and communicational skills
12. Ability to manage deadlines effectively
13. Technical Knowledge/experience: Experience of at least 3 yrs in warehouse/logistics activities Good knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel Knowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire,..) Knowledge of English
