Responsibilities: The resource, directly reporting to the production manager of the Plant, will have to organize and manage the personnel of the department responsible for production and loading of packaged cement bags on pallets onto vehicles within the production objectives and annual action plans of the Plant; additionally, they will be responsible for the following activities: Ensure that the loading time of bulk cement sold is optimized in accordance with safety regulations Ensure that the loading of packaged cement bags on pallets onto vehicles is carried out with strict adherence to safety regulations regarding the use of mobile equipment and internal traffic in the department Organize warehouse stocks as directed by the production manager and manage the stock of pallets, arranging them according to stock rotation as specified in the Quality System Manage interventions to restore functionality in the event of a line malfunction, with the collaboration of the staff, and request maintenance interventions if the anomalies detected require specific expertise and resources Ensure that pre-use checks are carried out on forklifts and all machines and equipment, and that routine maintenance is performed, reporting any anomalies promptly to request their rectification Produce and share production shift reports with the supervisor at the established frequency, in the specified format (paper and/or digital) Coordinate all activities under their responsibility, ensuring they are carried out according to environmental protection criteria and in compliance with the procedures and instructions of the environmental management system Requirements and Skills: Programming Knowledge and use of main computer tools (Office package) Preferred knowledge of SAP PM Knowledge of machines such as: bagging machines, palletizers, conveyor belts Availability to work shifts occasionally Optional:
