Unilabs is on a multi‑year journey to become Europe’s leading diagnostics company. The IT Business Partner will align IT strategies with Radiology operations, drive digital transformation, and facilitate the adoption of technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Strategic Alignment
\n
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives for Radiology.
\n
Translate these objectives into actionable IT strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall vision and mission.
\n
Provide current thinking on technology advancements within the RAD modality.
\n
Business Relationship Management
\n
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders both internal and external, serving as a trusted advisor on IT‑related matters.
\n
Act as a bridge between Radiology SBU, Radiology Operations, Tele Radiology and the business units IT departments, advocating for the needs and priorities of all parties.
\n
Needs Assessment
\n
Conduct thorough assessments of business processes and workflows to identify areas where technology can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
\n
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that address their specific needs.
\n
Solution Development
\n
Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that align with business requirements.
\n
Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost‑effective, considering factors such as budget constraints and resource availability.
\n
Project and Change Management
\n
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to Radiology functions.
\n
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved according to the agreed‑upon scope and quality standards.
\n
Facilitate organizational change by promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes.
\n
Provide training, guidance, and support to end‑users to ensure smooth transitions and maximize the benefits of implemented solutions.
\n
Performance Monitoring
\n
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness and impact of IT initiatives on Radiology outcomes.
\n
Regularly assess and report on the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
\n
Risk Management
\n
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with IT solutions and Radiology operations.
\n
Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data and systems.
\n
Vendor Management
\n
Own the Sectra relationship (PACS), ensuring that Unilabs achieves value for money; maintain strategic relationships with RIS and AI vendors.
\n
Requirements
\n
5+ years’ experience in deploying technology to support Radiology (elective and emergency), including AI and advanced analytics.
\n
Experience of digital transformation of end‑to‑end processes, with a strong customer UX/UI focus.
\n
Knowledge of IT systems and technologies, RIS, PACS, reporting tools and integration technologies, as well as comprehensive IT architectures in the radiology space.
\n
Solid project management abilities with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
\n
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
\n
Bold and ambitious; ability to multi‑task, prioritise and meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
\n
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
\n
