We are looking for an SITE INDUSTRIAL QUALITY MANAGER.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee Industrial Quality activities: budget, people, processes, and performance;
* Drive Performance (APSYS) improvement plans and Zero Defect initiatives;
* Support PFMEA update and Control Plans delivery;
* Ensure digitalization of controls;
* Analyze site performance and resolve anomalies using problem-solving tools;
* Support GO/NO GO decisions and enforce safety-related production stops;
* Deploy quality methodologies and manage team development through training and qualification plans.
Qualifications
* Master's in Engineering
* Experience with Quality tools (Lean Six Sigma, Problem Solving)
* Strong industrial process knowledge
* Desirable: Railway experience; 5+ years in industrial environments
* Skill: Rigor, communication, and technical expertise
* Fluent English and international mindset
* Ability to work under pressure in a matrix organization
