The successful candidate will support the Marketing Team of the Moto Business Unit and have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating, and fast-growing environment. Under the guidance of your tutor, you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Analysis and study of the main trends in the Motorcycle industry, including the use of internal and external database resources, to support the product range definition;
Development of quantitative and qualitative market analysis of the tyre product and benchmarking against major competitors on a global scale;
Supporting the production of product materials and technical training with dedicated presentations;
Continuous updating of internal database with new motorcycles launched in the market on a global scale;
Interaction with Trade & Consumer, Communication, and Brand department functions with the goal to enhance product positioning in the market.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Master Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2).
Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
Good analytical and synthesis skills combined with precision.
Familiarity with managing data sets.
Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have a proven passion for motorcycles.
