Objective The primary objective of this internship is to support the Investigator Engagement team at Lilly in enhancing the identification, prescreening, and referral processes for potential clinical trial patients. The intern will work closely with Internal and external stakeholders (e.g. General Practitioners and local health site representatives) to improve the outreach and recruitment of patients for clinical trials, thereby contributing to the overall success of the clinical trial programs. Activities - Support Lilly’s project leader to drive the project forward - Schedule and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Write meeting minutes and follow up on action plans and tasks - Oversight and management of pre-screening platforms (i.e. study teams) - Collaborate cross-functionally and partner with the Investigator Engagement team and other functions to aid project delivery - Develop metrics to measure the project's outcomes Requirements: - A degree in health science - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) - Excellent communication skills - Strong motivation and initiative - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Project results and major learning opportunity - Improved coordination and communication among stakeholders - Successful identification and referral of potential clinical trial patients - Development and implementation of effective metrics for project evaluation - Enhanced engagement with General Practitioners in clinical trial processes Internal Relationship Investigator Engagement, Trial Capabilities, Medical, Regulatory, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Global study teams.
