Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.We are currently looking for aLegal Manager.How you will contribute:TheLegal Managerwill manage and coordinate the legal activities relating to Pomellato Group.Key responsibilities include:Managing corporate governance matters, including Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings, as well as support on extraordinary transactions.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including e-commerce agreements.Managing real estate and construction transactions, including the negotiation and execution of related agreements.Supporting the business on marketing, PR and communication agreements.Drafting and negotiating IT and technology agreements.Managing service agreements with internal and external stakeholders.Supporting the business in relation to licenses and authorizations.Managing intellectual property matters, including trademark, design and domain name portfolio management, clearance activities and enforcement.Drafting and negotiating IP agreements, including licensing and co-branding agreements.Handling litigation matters and coordinating related legal strategies.Coordinating external counsel and advis
