What You'll Do
The Sales & Marketing Track is a Development Program like no other. Over a two‑and‑a‑half‑year period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer‑focused business model. It’s fast‑paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities.
* 18 months in the role of Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative – hands‑on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business: customers, products, services and software.
* 9 months in one of the following trainee roles:
o Solution Consultant trainee – train sales forces on a consultative approach and lead the development of new software solutions for Asset and Services Management.
o Implementation and Care trainee – support Account Managers in new implementation and after‑sales care of our Tool Services solutions and discover how a marketing department works in a multi‑national, multi‑cultural environment.
o Product Manager trainee – support a Product Line in the marketing department, participate in strategy development, and manage the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.
o 3‑month regional strategic project in the Strategic Marketing team or Channels Department – gives you an international perspective of our company.
What You'll Bring
* You hold a master’s degree.
* You are fluent in English and in Italian.
* You have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment.
* You are a flexible team player with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
* You are mobile and ready to move to another city to start your career.
* You have a driving license.
