Description of the company
Our client is a multinational company operating in the medical devices sector. Located in the biomedical district of Mirandola (MO), we are seeking a:
Position
HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL SPECIALIST
The candidate, within the Human Resources Department, will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager in:
* Managing employee relations;
* Handling administrative tasks related to personnel (hiring, contractual changes, resignations, attendance, deadlines);
* Providing support and advice to employees on contractual, payroll, and administrative matters;
- Assisting the HR Manager with:
* Recruitment and onboarding processes (from defining requirements to publishing ads, interviews, and onboarding);
* Managing relationships with staffing agencies for temporary staff;
* Addressing training needs and professional development of employees.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in humanistic or economic fields;
* Excellent knowledge and experience with payroll processes;
* Previous experience in dynamic and structured corporate environments, preferably international;
* Good command of the English language;
* Proficiency with management software; knowledge of Team System is a plus;
* Familiarity with CCNL for plastics, commerce, and metalworking industries is a plus.
