In this role you will translate recruitment and retention strategies into actionable plans for small to mid-size studies, coordinating with sponsors and project teams. You’ll act as the operational focal point for recruitment efforts, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and progress against milestones. You will manage budgets, risks, and vendor relationships while driving process improvements to boost recruitment performance. You’ll present strategies to site and sponsor teams, train staff, and support workshops to optimize patient enrollment. This position offers impact across study delivery and patient outcomes within a global clinical research environment.

- Translate strategy into practical operational and tactical plans to improve recruitment and retention
- Serve as internal consultant for implementing recruitment plans on projects
- Manage scope, objectives, quality, and deliverables for assigned projects
- Act as primary operational contact for recruitment programs with sponsors and ensure reporting schedules
- Oversee project budgets and financial targets
- Coordinate activities to meet study milestones
- Develop and implement risk management plans to protect project objectives
- Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies to enhance productivity
- Support training and interdepartmental efforts with technical expertise
- Oversee vendor and patient advocacy group activities, including budgets and contracting processes
- Coordinate data updates and reporting for PSE activities (e.g., dashboards, vTMF)
- Plan meetings and logistics for PSE activities and participate in cross-functional forums
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or other scientific discipline
- 6 years of relevant industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of drug development and regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to build working relationships with team members and clients
- Proficient with data analysis and presentation software; Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to influence within cross-functional teams including SPN/PRP members
