These instructions are for performing inspection activities on steel structural components. The activities typically include VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, PAUT, and TOFD. You will prepare these instructions according to the customer and regulatory requirements. The NDE Engineer participates to technical meetings and collaborates with other departments to work on solutions for technical issues. The NDE Engineer supports NDE operators during the activities. NDE Engineer performs indoctrinations to NDE operators on instruction and technical procedures he has prepared.\nYou will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at our facility in Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite.\n*Key Responsibilities**Instruction and technical procedures are part of the NDE engineer's function. This includes preparing technical procedures and instructions to perform inspection activities, such as VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, PAUT, and TOFD, according to customer and regulatory requirements.You will participate in technical meetings and collaborate with other departments for solutions on technical issues occurred in Mangiarotti or at suppliersSupport NDE examinations: The NDE engineer supports NDE operators in control activities.Trainings and indoctrinations: NDE engineer performs indoctrinations to NDE operators on instructions and technical procedures.
