We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Concierge Supervisor to support the leadership of our Concierge team at Borgo Santo Pietro. As the right hand of the Head Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and highly personalised experience, from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Support the Head Concierge in the daily management and organization of the Concierge department.
* Act as the department lead in the absence of the Head Concierge, ensuring continuity of service and smooth operations.
* Supervise and coordinate the Concierge team during daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
* Assist in monitoring team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support when needed.
* Ensure all guest requests, reservations, transportation arrangements, and personalized experiences are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
* Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable, tailor-made experiences.
* Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
* Ensure accurate communication and record-keeping of guest preferences and operational information.
Who you are:
* You have previous experience in a Concierge role within a luxury hotel, preferably in a supervisory or senior position.
* You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
* You have a solid understanding of LQA standards and luxury hospitality service excellence, with the ability to consistently apply them in daily operations and guest interactions.
