PpbAbout the Role: /b As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liProvide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. /li liCoordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. /li liMaintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues. /li liPrepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports. /li liPerform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities. /li liManage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities. /li liOversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. /li liConduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices. /li liLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. /li liApply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. /li liIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. /li /ul h3What You'll Need: /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required.
