Ph3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3 pWe are looking for a bGlobal Legal /b bSpecialist - Data Privacy /b to join KIKO MILANO's Legal Team, supporting the Global Legal function and reporting to the Global General Counsel and Global bPrivacy /b Legal Manager.
/p pSuch talent will support the Legal team in day-by-day legal activities related to data protection matters and privacy compliance at Group level, collaborating with senior legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
/p pIn particular, you will: /p ul liSupport the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Group privacy policies, standards and procedures in line with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations; /li liAssist in coordinating with KIKO local subsidiaries on privacy-related documentation, templates and internal processes; /li liContribute to the preparation, review and updating of privacy documentation, including data protection provisions in commercial contracts, Data Processing Agreements, etc.
; /li liSupport Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy compliance activities under the supervision of senior legal team members; /li liProvide assistance in the ordinary management of data protection issues, liaising with external DPO.
/li /ul h3What you will need to succeed /h3 ul liDegree in Law bwith a thesis on data protection or a Master's program on personal data protection; /b /li li+2 years experience in Data Privacy; /li liStrong interest in data protection, commercial law and corporate legal matters; /li libKnowledge of GDPR and privacy principles; /b /li liGood analytical and research skills; /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
