The Senior Electrical Wiring Technician – PEMS / CBESS is responsible for the electrical assembly and wiring activities of PEMS units and CBESS inverter systems within the production workshop.
The role ensures that electrical installations are performed in accordance with technical documentation, quality procedures, and safety standards, supporting production efficiency and product reliability.
The position acts as a technical reference on the shopfloor, supporting junior technicians, ensuring compliance with assembly standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform electrical wiring and cabling activities for PEMS units and CBESS inverter systems according to electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
* Install and connect power components, control systems, protection devices, PLC interfaces, and communication networks.
* Ensure correct cable routing, labeling, crimping, and mechanical fixing according to internal standards and project specifications.
* Support the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and production quality checks during assembly phases.
* Perform preliminary electrical verification activities, including continuity checks, insulation checks, and visual inspections before functional testing.
* Support the test and commissioning teams during factory tests and troubleshooting activities when required.
* Identify and report non-conformities during production, collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with production documentation, work instructions, and serial number traceability requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior wiring technicians and operators.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to optimize wiring processes, assembly time, and product quality.

Supply Chain / Warehouse
* 5–8 years of experience in electrical assembly of industrial equipment, power systems, or energy systems.
* Experience in power electronics, inverter systems, or battery energy storage systems (BESS) is considered a strong advantage.
* Strong experience in industrial electrical wiring and power systems assembly.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
* Knowledge of industrial electrical components, power electronics, and control systems.
* Familiarity with quality procedures, inspection plans, and traceability requirements in manufacturing environments.
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
