ResponsibilitiesOrganize, manage and supervise the hotel's services and operational departments;
Pursue the objectives assigned by the company in terms of budget, cost maintenance (personnel, energy, meal cost, etc.) and contribution margin;
Guarantee the reputation of the structure, monitor the level of guest satisfaction and manage any complaints, including personally;
Monitor the quality of services and propose actions to improve them;
Promote internal growth and development projects for collaborators with potential;
Supervise and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (eg HACCP, workplace safety, safety and fire regulations, privacy, etc.);
Interact with the Corporate offices in an effective and coherent way with the forecast of the General Management;
Manage relations with suppliers and maintain good relations with the territory.
QualificationsPrevious experience in the role in resorts or in 4-star chain hotels, preferably abroad;
Strong orientation towards combining the role of coordination and supervision with one's own operational involvement;
Operational experience and natural orientation towards people management;
Strong customer orientation;
Problem solving;
Excellent commercial skills supported by knowledge of IT tools (channel manager) and the world of online distribution (OTA, BTA,...);
Knowledge of English and, preferably, of French.
