By ensuring accurate contract administration, reliable data management, and effective coordination with landlords, tenants, and internal teams, this role directly supports revenue integrity, regulatory compliance, and long‑term asset performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdminister site management agreements, leases, subleases, rooftop easements, and similar contractual arrangements. /li liReview legal documentation and contractual terms, identifying risks, discrepancies, and required actions. /li liTrack expiring tenant agreements and negotiate extensions under favorable commercial terms. /li liCollaborate with Finance and Administration to ensure billing and payment accuracy in line with contractual terms. /li liEscalate monthly revenue and expense variances, identify data inaccuracies, and support corrective actions. /li liEnsure continuous accuracy of asset, contract, and financial data within designated databases and CRM systems. /li liAct as a primary point of contact for site providers (landowners or their agents) and tenants. /li liCommunicate contractual terms and reconciliation outcomes clearly to external stakeholders. /li liResolve disputes related to site providers, tenants, relocations, expropriations, or other asset‑related issues in compliance with company policies. /li liWork closely with Legal teams to ensure contractual quality, compliance, and alignment with company standards. /li liSupport internal stakeholders by responding to asset, tenant, and property‑related inquiries. /li liPrepare, amend, and negotiate customer contract renewals using approved legal templates. /li liMonitor asset acquisitions and ensure timely tenant notifications and acknowledgements. /li liOversee DAS facility management, coordinating with external technical providers to ensure proper maintenance. /li liEnsure default notices are addressed within cure periods and that documentation is properly archived. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a technical discipline such as Architecture, Surveying (Geometra), Construction, or a related field. /li li1–3 years of experience in asset management, contract administration, real estate operations, legal documentation roles. /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and database systems. /li liItalian: C1 level or higher. /li liEnglish: C1 level or higher. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liParalegal degree or legal‑focused education. /li liExperience with wireless telecommunications, infrastructure assets, or real estate contract terminology. /li liExposure to CRM or property/asset management platforms. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract under Italian labor law. /li liCompetitive salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks. /li liAnnual vacation entitlement of 26 days (plus public holidays). /li liComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. /li liPension plan options (state or private). /li liOpportunity to work within an international, long‑term oriented organization. /li /ul h3Our Commitment /h3 pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
