The role reports directly to the Group Applications Manager within the IT Department and will support the global SAP implementation programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for one or more SAP functional domains, such as S&OP, PP, MM or FI/CO.
They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities, document business requirements, test and validate technical solutions, and support the implementation of efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions.
As part of the SAP Center of Expertise, the successful candidate will also collaborate with external service providers to resolve incidents and implement change requests.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects and change requests, including scoping, blueprinting, implementation and deployment.
* Define, monitor and report on relevant KPIs to assess solution effectiveness and provide regular status updates.
* Act as a business partner for internal stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into practical SAP solutions.
* Coordinate and support external consultants and service providers.
* Support incident resolution and continuous improvement activities across relevant SAP domains.
Required qualifications and experience:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent field.
* At least 3 years of experience implementing SAP PP, MM or FI/CO processes, preferably in manufacturing companies.
* Ability to coordinate and guide the work of internal and external resources.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
