Responsabilità
- 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in an AI leadership role for 0-to-1 and deployed AI capabilities
- Recent experience with world models, foundation models, multi‑modal language models; agent‑based systems and orchestration; context retrieval and augmentation
- Experience in responsible deployment, model drift mitigation, privacy‑preserving federated learning, and AI governance best practices
- Deep AI expertise with track record of shipping AI capabilities to production in highly regulated industries
- Excellent judgment prioritizing emerging vs. existing AI technologies for relevant features and architectural improvements
- Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks (Jax, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and state‑of‑the‑art ML techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills capable of influencing cross‑functional and matrixed teams and explaining complex tech to diverse audiences
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related field; PhD preferred
