Missions Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and problems. Responsibilities (Profile) Thoroughly clean and refresh assigned rooms according to schedule, including changing sheets, making beds, removing dirty linen and waste, and cleaning bathrooms. Organize furniture and decorative items, ensure proper supply of clean linen, towels, bathrobes, and amenities, and maintain cleanliness in common areas such as corridors, stairs, and elevators. Safeguard guests’ personal belongings, restock carts and storage areas, and report complaints, issues, defective products, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. Adhere to hotel quality standards, dress code, and proper use of tools. Prepare rooms for turndown service, respond to guest requests, and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Maintain regular communication with supervisors, report lost and found items, shortages, and collaborate with engineering and front desk teams. Handle laundry carts, transport small equipment, assist with room moves, and ensure efficient operations in line with instructions.
