The Opportunity
I am seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the full operations of for this iconic restaurant.
You will be the driving force behind their commitment to excellence, leading a talented team and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless service and the highest standards of hospitality.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
* Maintain and elevate guest satisfaction, handling VIP clientele and special events with finesse.
* Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative, memorable dining experiences.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times.
* Represent the restaurant group's brand values, both in-house and within the wider community.
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in high-end, luxury dining environments.
* International experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Hands-on, energetic, and committed to excellence.
