We are also the first Italian multinational to be globally certified among the “Leading Employers,” recognized across Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.What are we looking for:We are currently seeking a Global Product Experience, Service Portfolio Pricing Manager.This role reports to the Global Customer Offering, Pricing and Revenue Management Associate Director and is part of a new global team focused on evolving Amplifon’s offerings and pricing strategies to drive transformational projects that impact and maximize performance.Main Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and successfully roll out offering projects (e.g., new financing platform, new offering architecture, new services program).Understand market-specific business needs to balance global standardization with local customization.Monitor and coordinate projects, communicating status and risks to stakeholders.Gather and formalize business requirements in partnership with Marketing and IT teams.Manage project risks proactively.Ensure timely and effective go-to-market strategies.Assess revenue impact and monitor performance KPIs during pilot and rollout phases.Maintain focus on stakeholder, system integrator, and technological partner needs.Candidate Profile:Several years of project management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or structured companies.Experience managing projects related to complex offering services and familiarity with pricing topics.Background in pricing, revenue management, product and service design, development, or process improvement.Strong data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills, with business acumen and commercial awareness.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Passionate, with a high ambition for first-class delivery.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial attitude.Fluent in English.Willingness to travel within EMEA.Amplifon promotes a Winning Culture, aiming to improve our workplace.
