The Opportunity
We’re currently searching for an IT Services Manager to lead our Melbourne-based team (WFH / Camberwell office). Reporting to our CIO, the IT Services Manager will bridge the gap between JAG IT systems and business operations by engaging with business leaders and users to define, communicate, and implement changes to IT services.
This role is vital in enhancing user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of services and will be responsible for:
* Delivery of front-end desktop services through robust internal processes and effective management of external support providers
* Collaborating with the IT Systems Manager to set standards for software, hardware, and security
* Refining IT projects by identifying and mitigating impacts on end-users to promote engagement and adoption of new solutions
* Owning critical incidents, recommending improvements, and providing reports to management
Key Attributes We’re Looking For
* Experience leading small IT helpdesk teams or demonstrating sufficient technical expertise to step into this role
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships effortlessly
* Passion for innovation with a focus on delivering excellent IT services
* Ability to train and mentor junior team members
* A proactive attitude with meticulous attention to detail
