Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineering technicians, ensuring they work in a safe, standard, and efficient manner.
Your primary focus will be on delivering a high level of equipment availability by conducting preventative maintenance and adhering to internal processes and procedures. You will also work closely with the wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions to improve our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and mentor your team to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with the team and wider network to develop solutions that drive improvement.
* Support the implementation of safety and statutory compliance programs to maintain a safe working environment.
* Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to achieve high equipment availability.
* Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for shifts by organizing training programs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Significant practical engineering experience, including supervisory roles managing people.
* Experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* Knowledge of automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
* Able to communicate effectively in English and Italian at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
* Experience working to appropriate health and safety standards and regulations.
* Solid computer skills, including MS Office and CAD.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications would be advantageous:
* Full working knowledge of specialized engineering and facilities equipment within Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations.
* Experience working with PLC-based control systems.
* Project management experience.
* Knowledge of CMMS programs.
* Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process.
