As a Sales Specialist, you will develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Twitch offerings with advertisers, ensuring investments align with their overall marketing strategies with Amazon. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go-to-Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Ads customers. Your curiosity and creativity will lead you in strategizing Twitch solutions, engaging with the advertising community to discuss Amazon’s benefits, and collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative, scalable solutions. You should have experience in buying, planning, packaging, and selling both directly and programmatically, with a strong knowledge of digital advertising, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage C-Suite relationships. Comfort with ambiguity, multitasking, creativity, independence, and attention to detail are essential.

Twitch is a unique publisher. Our team leads all Twitch ad products, countries, and segments, focusing on long-term growth and innovation by integrating Twitch into Amazon Ads.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience
* 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
* Proven success in closing sales and generating revenue
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
* Experience supporting GTM strategies, including packaging and messaging
* Ability to close complex deals and focus on long-term customer outcomes
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
* Analytical skills and data confidence
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience in product-facing roles or working with product teams
* Ability to develop unique product and sales strategies
* Experience selling nascent products/services
* Competence in metrics, data management, and process creation
* Success in negotiating complex deals
