The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams (data engineering, product, business, IT) and international stakeholders, covering the full AI solution lifecycle: from requirement definition and model development to production deployment and performance monitoring. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPhD or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field. /li li4+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineer / AI fields. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and teamwork capabilities. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of AI methodologies, standards, and best practices. /li liContribute to the development and evolution of AI Data Products (Machine Learning and Generative AI) at a global level. /li liSupport the definition of functional and technical requirements for AI solutions. /li liSupport experimentation activities, Proofs of Concept, and industrialization of AI solutions. /li liCollaborate with data engineering and platform teams to integrate models into existing systems. /li liWork closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into data‑driven solutions. /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liStrong proficiency in Python. /li liExperience with ML/DL libraries (e.g. scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or equivalent). /li liExperience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems. /li liExperience with prompt engineering techniques for LLMs and other generative models. /li liFamiliarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, …) and integration with AI systems, for example RAG. /li liExperience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). /li liKnowledge of DEVOps / MLOps and microservices architectures. /li liFamiliarity with instrument of version control (es.
