This client-facing role requires a solid foundation in project management, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital processes. You’ll work closely with marketing and technical stakeholders to bring digital activations to life, such as local contests and promotions. Fluency in English is essential, as it is the main language used across teams, clients, and documentation.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of digital promotions and contests, from initial client briefing and concept development through to final release and post-launch hypercare.Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for the client. Proactively engage with the client to thoroughly understand their marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and specific requirements.Requirements Gathering & Scoping: Lead discovery sessions with the client to capture detailed project requirements, objectives, and success metrics. Develop clear project briefs, scope documents, and functional specifications that align with client expectations.Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with Technical Development Teams, UX/UI Designers, Content Managers, Data Analytics Teams, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely delivery and quality across devices and platforms.Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
