This outstanding opportunity allows you to work in a world-class environment where innovation and collaboration are at the forefront of everything we do. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 h3Compound Area /h3 ul liSupervise the local Compound Workshop and Testing Laboratory, ensuring flawless equipment maintenance and calibration, external audits, work planning, and test execution. /li liCoordinate and monitor regional compound suppliers through metrics, audits, and periodic reports, encouraging ambitious business relationships built on trust and integrity. /li liConduct formal and informal audits in the compounding area, laboratory, and injection floor, interacting directly with suppliers onsite to drive flawless corrective actions and improvement plans. /li liSupport global and regional functions—including Product Execution, QA, Costing, Compliance, and Development—in transferring or developing products, guidelines, technologies, and standard methodologies. Focus strictly on compounding and injection-related activities. /li liContinuously explore and drive innovation through groundbreaking and evolutionary changes in compounding, testing, and injection processes. /li liPromptly communicate issues found in current processes and products and help successfully resolve them, ensuring operational excellence. /li /ul h3Manufacturing Operations Area /h3 ul liSupport global teams by coordinating with OEM partners to collect and consolidate relevant data, highlighting issues and risks to ensure flawless operations. /li liPerform costing analyses and collect tooling‑investment data by updating and monitoring price lists in SAP and PLM systems. Ensure accurate pricing in purchase orders according to schedules and internal standards and financial requirements. /li liPromote cost‑saving initiatives in manufacturing operations, guided by key benchmarks to improve efficiency. /li liCoordinate quality assurance activities across Europe, ensuring complete implementation of the AQL methodology and achieving manufacturing efficiency in collaboration with global referent teams. /li liResponsible for transferring the tech pack, applying quality standards, and attaining manufacturing efficiency in collaboration with global referent teams. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring to the Table /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymers, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li liLanguages: English (Intermediate or higher); Chinese, Spanish, or other languages a plus for global exposure. /li li3–5 years of experience in plastic/rubber compounding or injection molding, preferably in RD or process technology. /li liSolid knowledge of MS Office. /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to explore new processes and solutions. /li liHands‑on, practical approach in lab and production environments. /li liTeamwork skills, capable of collaborating in international, cross‑functional teams. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities. /li liProblem‑solving approach with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. /li liProactive communicator who can raise issues, provide solutions, and influence collaborators. /li liPassion for innovation and continuous improvement in materials, processes, and manufacturing. /li /ul pJoin us to help drive our mission and be part of an outstanding team that is setting the standard in the footwear industry! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
