We do not see ourselves as just a recruiting agency for clients but as a true human resources department that becomes an integral part of the company itself.For an important group operating in the restaurant sector, we are looking for a:Responsible for service quality and customer satisfaction;Manage processes related to opening and closing the venue (shifts and work organization, display/restaurant line preparation, cash registers, etc.);Support operational tasks at all workstations;Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the workplace and food hygiene regulations;Manage and train staff in various operational activities;Collaborate actively with the venue manager to correctly implement commercial initiatives;Prepare monthly and quarterly inventories to monitor and control costs;Manage weekly orders;Handle activities related to accounting, including cash verification and system entry of payment slips;Plan shifts and staff vacations.Who are we looking for?At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant sector and 2 years in team management;Flexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays;High school diploma;Results-oriented attitude;Knowledge of a foreign language (preferable);Excellent organizational and leadership skills;Full-time permanent contract;Structured training program;Structured growth paths allowing for roles with greater responsibility;Employee discounts;Salary range based on experience (€26K-€32K).
