As a Legal Specialist you will support the Legal team on the core day‐by‐day activities and you will be responsible for handling claims with the internal and external stakeholders, offering the best solution in a timely manner.
In This Role You Will
* handle claims and manage relationships with the parties involved (e.g., insurance brokers, customers, carriers, etc.);
* support the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of domestic and international contracts;
* manage corporate secretarial matters, including the proper maintenance of statutory corporate books and records;
* ensure ongoing regulatory and compliance alignment, in line with Italian and European legislation;
* verify and validate procurement processes in collaboration with relevant departments;
* coordinate with the various functions for legal issues in the business environment. xivgfpx
Preferably You Have
* 2–3 years of professional experience in a law firm practicing civil law and/or in the legal departments of structured companies;
* a law degree and completed forensic practice in the civil law field (bar admission will be considered a preferred qualification);
* solid experience in contract drafting/negotiation and litigation/claims management;
* strong problem‐solving skills with an entrepreneurial, hands‐on mindset;
* excellent communication and negotiation skills with a goal‐oriented approach;
* the ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English;
* ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow‐through even working on a wide range of projects;
* a good knowledge and use of MS Office.
