Project Objectives:
• Management of the VMware and HyperV Infrastructure
• Provide support and troubleshooting sessions to the end user
• Installation of products (PACS/RIS)
• Apply security fixes for vulnerabilities
• Creation of the monthly anonymization report
• Creation and review of customer-oriented documentation
• Laboratory assessment and updating of DB records
• Hardware update and maintenance
Here’s a breakdown of the activities expected from the engineer:
* Management of the VMware and HyperV Infrastructure
* Provide support and troubleshooting sessions to the end user
* Installation of products (PACS/RIS)
* Apply security fixes for vulnerabilities
* Creation of the monthly anonymization report
* Creation and review of customer-oriented documentation
* Laboratory assessment and updating of DB records
* Hardware update and maintenance
The main responsibilities will be:
* Maintain all infrastructures and system installations, including configuration, testing, and maintenance
* Monitor all infrastructure, install and configure operating systems, software components, and hardware, and technical procedures, maintenance, and support for routine IT support activities
* Implement and manage backup, security, and redundancy strategies
* Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions
* Regularly interact with the Project Manager with reports on project status, activities, and final results
* Provide system-level support to Genoa Lab customers
MUST have and Good-to-have skills :
* Excellent skills in VMware, VSAN and networking.
* Essential to know how to manage different types of storage (FC, NVME, ISCSI). SAN management.
* Backup management via command line (ghetto). Zoning, FC switches.
* Autonomy but with the capacity to work in team and evaluate when a criticality is happening.
* Ability to meet set deadlines.
* Multitasking.
* Good knowledge of the PACS/RIS product and DICOM flows to provide initial application support is a plus.
