What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
1. Set up, standardize and automate reporting processes to monitor team production using the most appropriate BI tools.
2. Act as the BI expert within the Global Accounts Support Team, owning and continuously improving the team’s reporting systems.
3. Collaborate with the BI Team to design and implement new reporting solutions.
4. Prepare standard reporting decks for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Partner with Sales Managers to support client projects requiring tailored reporting and performance analysis.
6. Provide analytical support to the Strategic & Operational COO Support & Global Accounts team, delivering insights related to clients and airports performance.
Main responsibilities:
7. Standardize, maintain and enhance all current and new reporting for regular team production (Power BI, MicroStrategy).
8. Ensure timely delivery of assigned reporting for both internal and external use.
9. Support Sales Managers with ad hoc analysis and project-based reporting to drive profitability.
10. Deliver clear, accurate and business-oriented insights to support strategic decision-making.
11. Guarantee data consistency, reliability and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

12. You have 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
13. You have strong knowledge of reporting and statistical tools (especially Power BI and MicroStrategy).
14. You are highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
15. You have solid data modelling capabilities.
16. You combine strong analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
17. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
18. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy being a key contributor.
